Standing Report is operated by All Out Social Ltd, trading as Senior Lead Partners, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
We collect it for one purpose: to match you with a company that may be able to help with your debt, such as a debt relief company or a lender. We do not use your information for anything else.
When you submit the form we pass your details to one company: the company named in the consent text on the form you completed, or, where no company is named there, the one debt relief company or lender we match you with. We do not pass your details to multiple companies, to data brokers, or to any marketing list. That company pays us for the introduction.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider, our telephone lookup provider, and ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), which records your consent so that both we and the company we introduce you to can demonstrate you asked to be contacted.
By submitting the form you gave express written consent to be contacted at the number you provided, including by automated technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, text message and email, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell the caller not to contact you again, or email us and we will remove you and pass that request on.
Depending where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because the company we introduce you to pays us for the introduction, some state laws (including California's) treat this as a sale of personal information. To make any request, email the address below with the phone number you submitted.
We retain enquiry records and consent certificates for five years, because we and the company we introduce you to may need to evidence your consent if a complaint is ever made. After that they are deleted.
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
